CHICAGO, IL (September 23, 2025) – Chicago-based artist Säge, The 64th Wonder, has announced his upcoming album, “Sagewav: Red Version,” the second installment in a series inspired by the legendary Pokémon Game Boy franchise. In a deliberate stand against the norms of the streaming age, the album will be released exclusively in a physical format that is both a nod to 90s nostalgia and a vision for the future of music distribution.
“Sagewav: Red Version” is presented on a physical cartridge, aesthetically designed to resemble a classic Game Boy game. Housed within the nostalgic shell is a USB drive containing the album’s 7 hard-hitting soundscapes. This innovative approach ensures a direct-to-supporter connection, providing fans with a high-quality audio experience and a unique collectible artifact.
